Rear toe won't spec.
I have a '98 all stock Civic EX(the wife's car). I hit the corner of a curb and knocked the left rear toe out of alignment(total toe is out also). I had it aligned but couldn't get it w/i specs and was maxed out. I changed the struts and had it aligned again; same thing. There is no damage noticable.
I'll be putting new tires on soon and don't want premature wear.
Is there an alignment kit that I can get to correct the toe? Is -.5 deg. enough to cause wear? It's spec'd out for +.08 to +.32. That seems to be out quite a bit.
Any help would be greatly appreciated;
Dan

Shocks dont have anything to do with alignment - something is bent, and i'd put money on the trailing arm. they fold up and bend really easy in any sort of curb impact.
