the "holders" refer to the top spring isolator piece that goes in between the top of the spring and the upper spring hat. Ground Controls come with flexible polyurethane isolators, which is a type of plastic, really. There's probably nothing wrong with those, but the coilovers and springs themselves, well that's another story.
