alright thanks, i was iffy on it and now i know im just gonna get some omnis. i tryed to see if i could get a decent coil over system for cheap.

That was the stock suspension on my Huffy, needless to say I replaced them.

I REALLY HOPE NOBODY EVER BUYS THOSE. I CHECKED OUT THAT WHOLE WEBSITE AND EVERYTHING LOOKED LIKE CHEAP KNOCKOFF EBAY STUFF.

the "holders" refer to the top spring isolator piece that goes in between the top of the spring and the upper spring hat. Ground Controls come with flexible polyurethane isolators, which is a type of plastic, really. There's probably nothing wrong with those, but the coilovers and springs themselves, well that's another story.
