Default Woo-hoo. Finally got my front 75% Done

Im getting tired so Imma make it short since most of HT looks at pictures anyway

Bought a 01 Type-R front clip to do the 98+Conversion on mine. Did I need all of it, no, but I bought it anyway and have made most of my money back

So got busy tearing mine apart. I know it was wrecked before so I suspected some damage.

So I changed out the front bars from the R and fixed it.

Fenders came out superb. Took my time and step sanded. You can't see paint lines or sanding marks.
Mounted

Got the hood finished and fitted

Was going to put fogs on it and did but something went bad in the one and it melted so I guess Imma have to get a new set now.

Not quite done

Before

After

Finished

Probably going to keep it 2-Tone till feburary. Then have it fully repainted in march the same Vogue silver. Going to source a 98+rear bumper/R Spoiler and Lip

Im happy with the results.

ROFLCOPTER!

Mine has held up for 2 years (daily driven) and I change my blades 2 times/year.

Yea, I plan on finding a type-R lip. And I can't decide if I want to find/spend the money for the OEM sides and rear.

I'm probably going to keep the spoiler. Then once I get back from basic training then comes more suspension and wheels/tires.

I already have the omni front and rear camber kit and the rear omni LCA's. And probably going to buy the teins for my suspension.

Nice limo

Looks good, i always prefered the 94-97 style a little better though... just personal preference.

paint your car black

Can we get some pics/details about that racecar over in the corner?

I am super envious of the garage your working in. Conversion looks good, sucks about the fogs though.

lol.

The cheap for lights suck. I thought I was saving some money but in return I didnt

I hooked them up and turned them on for about 3 mins and then I started to notice smoke coming from the one. I pulled the power wire and when to touch the light to see what was wrong with it and the bulb had heated the plastic and melted it to my hand

Yea, Im contemplating on paint the whole car FB. The front came out really really good and the more I stare at it the more I like it. And it will only be for at the max 2-3 months.

And Im planning on getting a type-r lip.
