People with 96 ITR Wheels
was wondering how the hell do u guys keep your wheels clean??? i can't keep mine clean for the life of me, i washed my car today and there already dirty
i have to keep using simple green to clean them cause they get "stained" or some **** from the brake dust, let me know your secrets.

There is no secret man. most pics you see are right after someone has cleaned them, then take pics. My ITR rims were CW, but i had them repainted to GM and the clear coat that was used helped alot. Before with the CW.. they were "stained". I would suggest repainting them with a good layer of clear coat, or powder coating them becase it's easier to clean them after they've been painted.
I read somewhere that if wax the rims like you would wax your car the dirt and grime has a harder time sticking to it, and it makes any that does stick on easier to clean off. I tried it once, and it seemed to work...but I don't know, I could have just been imagining it. I'd give it a try though, see if it helps.

The latter. I haven't tried it. I think you're basically screwed when you have white wheels; they'll never look really clean except when they're new, or when you really scrub at them (and then five miles later, they'll look dirty again)...
