Alabama 1993 EJ1 w/1999 B18B, 4 whl disc, TEIN FLEX, White w/power everything
Guys I am selling my ride again, so let me tell you all about her. Asking price 6000.00
1993 2 door, white, beige interior, 5 speed, power everything, sunroof, a/c needs charging, cruise control that needs the under hood control unit-recently went out. The interior is very clean has floormats, no cig. burns, it also has the black optional JDM audio console. The body is very clean as well for a 13yr old car, it stays inside everynight at my house. The LH front fender needs paint, the clear coat is coming off, I'll show that in pics later. The car is very well cared for, I just am going to get something else. Please feel free to ask anything, I'm gonna try to get Brewer to span some pics for me, if not I'll get some up soon. Now for the mods and other info. The windows are tinted as well.
Engine/Transmission
1999 B18B with 56K miles purchased 11/1/2004 from Import Auto Salvage. The swap went in when the chassis had 120K on it and the swap had 40K. The car now has 136K miles. At the time of install we did new water pump, timing belt, tensioner, tensioner spring, rotor button, distributor cap, new plugs 10/31/2005, and plug wires. The motor is 100% internally stock and runs geat avg. 28mpg. The tranny is mint, no grinds ever, period. Also, at the time of install we did a 8.8 lb. Fidanza flywheel, and ACT street clutch setup with the XTSS pressure plate. The shift linkage was treated with Energy Suspension poly shifter bushings(the one at the tranny and the one at the shift lever end). It has a Skunk2 Integra dual bend shifter and a Type R shift ****. The drivetrain is mint, no corners cut ever. Car has OEM JDM Sir-II Intake, Skunk2 Intake manifold, ITR axle back exhaust (very quiet). Also, B&M fuel pressure regulator and gauge combination.
Brakes
This car has awesome brakes. The pedal feel is very firm. The rear drums were tossed in favor of rear disk swap at the same time the engine swap went in. It has all four new OEM rotors and pads, and all the hoses were removed in favor of Russel's stainless lines. The prop. valve was also replaced by a 40/40 valve that is the correct way to do the rear disk swap.
Suspension/Wheels
My favorite parts, the TEIN FLEX 16 way adjustable coilovers that have about 2K miles on them. They are firm is you want or soft if you don't. You can raise or lower 0-4". The rear lower control arms are brand new from Baranco Acura, they are Integra Type R models as the TEIN's are made for the ITR and JDM EG hatch. The car also has the stock front sway bar. The wheels are 16x7 Rota Circuit 8's that are silver and have new Hankook tires on them, about 3K miles.
