Im wonderind if anyone knows where i can find instructions for a b-series engine teardown/rebuild process, along with all the torque specs.

Not true, plenty of people may know plenty about rebuilding 1 type of engine and not have a clue on clearances and torque values for another type.

Check out http://www.hondahookup.com/manuals/

to download a manual that will give you all the specs. If you dont' understand after reading all of them, THEN you don't need to do it yourself.

most useful tool is a digital camera as you take it apart take pictures, finding clearances and torques can be found everywhere, chiltons helms
