Default Im not understanding the situation.

I have an OBD0 91 CRX si. I have run an OBD0 B16 in it before with no CELs. I took that motor out to part it out for my LSV build. I put in an OBD1 D16z6 with a Y8 head and no CELs. Now, Im running an OBD1 B16 and I have a code 6...Engine Coolant Temprature. I see the plug on the thermostat housing, but I see nothing coming out of my wire harness. I checked on the other OBD0 wire harness I have and no plug comin off of that harness for the sensor either. My boys EG has a plug for the sensor. Wire colors are green and black. Are the sensors located in different places between OBD1 and OBD0?

What Im not understanding, is why is my OBD0 PR3 be throwing a code? Everything esle is hooked up and im not throwing any other codes. Is that sensor on the back of the thermostat housing the ECT sensor?

Im lost and confused.

I figured it out....duh. I went to check the one sensor on the head under the distributer. I pulled it off and noticed that one of the two wires that go into the plug broke off, prolly from being old and got britle. So, I rewired that sensor and the code is long gone.

Just thought I would share.
