places to look for good parts...umm the internet?
what are you asking.
finding the LSD tranny is going to go fastest once you're done with your trial period, and you can post in the classifides, and look in the classifides.
to look into seriously building an all motor H22, go to the prelude forum, where H22s come from, and go into the FAQ where frequently asked questions are answered, then find the one about "getting serious power out of an all motor H22"
this should do you the best, like anything else you'll be looking at choosing a compression number that is right for you, sleeving the block if you want to run forged pistons (H22 thing, has to do with metals interacting you actually HAVE to sleeve it if you are running forged pistons)
you'll have to choose a stroke, there are 4 Honda cranks that'll fit in that block, and a whole thread about offset grinding if you want something differnet with stock honda parts.
and with the H22 you're looking at at least $600 for a real header, don't go with DC or even Greddy unless you're willing to rebuild the collector.
with a type-S you have good cams, some are better (JUN-3) but yours are worth $300 so sell them and upgrade for like $150.
it keeps going, but there is a ton of info in the prelude section FAQ
