Default is a F22 tranny weaker?

I have a 500+whp turbo lude and as of now I have two F22 tranny's two H23 and one H22. I am not doing it to make more boost or anything silly like that, I just like the lower RPM's on the highway. The only problem is, I have read that they are weaker, I'don't know if they meant the synchro's or the gears themselves. Any experienced feed back would help. I am no tranny expert so swapping gears and mixing and matching F.D.'s is a bit out of my league.
