Default Can someone help me out?

Can someone tell me what a manifold is? and what is ABS?
And can u explain to me what a hondata is?

Can anyone tell me the basic important parts that make up a motor? Im new at this and i want to learn what u need for a runing motor like the names of the parts.

Well there are two types of manifolds. Exhaust and intake. The intake manifold is what the air travels through before entering the motor. The exhaust manifold is what the air travels through when leaving the motor, also called a "header". ABS stands for anti-lock braking system.

Go Get the Book Honda Builder's Handbook Vol 1. it's a great book that explains many differnt functions of the motor and also gets in depth in tuning. I hate Reading books. But I read this one from start to finish. any local book store should have it.
