Default EG hatch: 98% daily driver, 2% track car, set-up recommendations?

I am looking to get a set-up for the above mentioned driving conditions.

No need to overspend on *bling.*

I am thinking:

Eibach Sportlines
Bilstein Sports
Password JDM 3-point brace

Recommendations on sway bars? F or R or both? JDM ITR? Other?

Prothane the entire chassis? Too much for street?

FWIW, the car has a 5-lug setup waiting to be installed.

Thanks for your input.

I'd reconsider.....

For me, I'd the koni + GC route but keep the spring rates reasonable, maybe 350-400# range. Still compliant enough not to beat you up on the street but will handle much, much better.

What swaybars are on the car now? Stock Integra LS (22mm) or GSR/ITR (24mm) with a JDM ITR rear (23mm) will really flatten the car out. If you dont have a lot of seat time yet on track, go with the larger front bar, the car will not be as tail happy.

I wouldnt bother with poly bushings at all - if there are worn out bushings (inspect the trailing arm bushings and front LCA bushings - they'll go bad first) replace them with OEM or Mugen rubber. If they're in good shape, dont bother

No need for the password braces, shocks/springs/swaybar and tires are where most of the benefit is.
