? about a 03 zx-6r for sale
My friend bought this zx-6r in fall and is looking at selling it. It runs real good but has body damage.
the bad:
needs a tail section (missing in action)
the right side mid and bellypan have a light scuff where it scratched the stickers and paint.
The front has a crack that can be fixed.
The good: It has 3k miles on it. It runs great. It has new tires. I don't like red and it don't match my blue **** so fixing the crack/scuff wouldn't be a problem since I'd paint it stock blue.
I wrecked my 99 zx-9r a lil over a year ago and had to watch all the guys ride without me. I'm not having that this coming season, but $ is tight right now so I need something cheap. I'd hate to go down to a 600 but I just wanna ride. I don't stunt so power isn't a must but I love to go fast. he wants $3000 for it, does that seem like a fair price? I think I'll have to put around $200-$400 in parts and I get paint and the body work done for free. I've always liked the 636 so that's why I'm thinking about this.
It also has a clean title. Thanks and let me know or give me some ideas

that seems about fair i guess. its not very hard to sand down and fix the cracks and scuffs to be painted again. i'm doing the body work on my 636 at the moment and its a lot easier then you'd think. see if you can get the price down to like $2700.
i absolutely loved my 636. everything form the styling to the handling. i upgraded to the 636 from a 2002 zx-6r and it was a huge improvement
. only downside about getting a kawi is they're not as high demands as r6s, gixxers, etc. so trying to sell one might be a bit more of a challenge. i'm sure you won't be disappointed with this bike.

I'd prob. paint it Subaru WRX blue. It was the color of my zx-9 and my hatch. I'll throw a lil extra flake in it. It's close to the factory color. I can get paint dirt cheap and all the bodywork done by friends at a body shop.

I'd see if I could knock it down some. I'm not really 600 fan at all but I love the 636. I think the 636 in team green is pimp. But the stock blue is pretty tight too
