hey guys.. um i have a 96 integra LS (b18b1) and when i'm about to make a complete stop.. i put it into neutral, but instead of the rpm's going back down to idle (750rpm) it stays up at like 1500 until i actually come to a complete stop.. then it goes down to idle. what could it be?

 

Sounds kinda normal to me...but then again i got a built motor...so it never idles right...haha...um...did you check if all your hoses are connected on your intake manifold?
