I bought my Boston G5 and it was damaged in shipping, as in the frame was broken.

I paid with paypal and am trying to get either a replacement or my money back.

They are coming to some sort of conculsion, but I need to get a third party to take a look at some pics, and give me an estimate of how much it would cost to fix the sub. Preferably saying that the sub is not repairable and needs to be replaced. (the basket is cracked in two places). Also saying that the serial numbers were taken off the box, and no serial numbers are on the sub.

I would need a letter from the third party person and the letter would have to have your name, address and phone number. And they may contact you to confirm the damage.

I can pay whoever helps me with this if they want. A word document e mailed to me would be enough.

If anyone can help me out please pm or post here and ill send you pics and more details of what I need.

I don't wanna be in the hole 600 bucks.

Better yet why dont you contact the manufacturer. They might be willing to substanciate your claim.

If the speaker basket is broke the speaker is garbage.
