I'd like to see this also. I really want to see about the automatic seatbelts, and what to do about them. I've been afraid to get seats for a long time because of this.

is there any way to get rid of the automatic seatbelts or is there jsut no getting around them i catch myself getting hugn on them all the time or closlining myself somehow

yes, get the manual conversion. canadian da's had manual belts. conversion can be had for under $200.

 

what about the space thats left in the windiow where the slide used to be ......

and where can i find one of theses conversions at ??

 

Shitty/Old pics, but you get the point. (Vinyl and other things are LONG gone)

Pics do them no justice, one of my favorite mods to the car. Only downside is I wouldn't install these in a DA if you are really short, the seats seem to sit alot closer to the ground. Other than the they fit good, all 4 bolt holes are useable. Some had a write up with instructions on g2ic a while back.

I had to use parts off both the DA and Del Sol frames, I have them re-upholstered in leather and had the patterns of the seats changed to match the back.

 

I could possibly hook you up with a conversion. What colour is your interior?

NOTE: This is NOT an easy conversion. I suggest you do some research.
