Default f/s sleeved LS-VTEC (fresh- never cranked) getting out of the scene

I have an LS-VTEC for sale 10 sec capable

HEAD:
GSR
port and polish
crower valves springs and retainers
GSR cams

BLOCK:
LS with golden eagle sleeves
CP 9.5-1 comp.
Eagle rods
micropolish crank
torco bearing
bran new main seal,type R oil pump, type R water pump
and gsr oil baffle,pickup and oil pan
and the crank mains are supported with
a golden eagle gerdle

asking $3000 there is well over that invested

I also have a turbo
turbonetics 62-1 $600 EVERYTHING IS BRAN NEW NEVER USED
motor is already assembled I am willing to part
3bar map sensor $60
