i need some help guys..i NEED my car to work...i have a 2 month old honda alt. new belt, new battery, new cables, new main relay, new fuel pump, and everytime i come to a stop my car dies...it seems like there is something that should tell the alternator to keep the voltage up cuz theres a draw from the brake lights...but instead of doin that...it drops to about 50 rpms and sometimes goes bak to normal if i stop fast enuf to hold in the ebrake, otherwise it jus dies...doesnt matter if i have lights on/off heater on/off, no draws at all and it jus dies...wtf...its really makin me mad...helppp

 

hmm...could it be a fuel filter or oxygen sensor? ...i put a pr3 in it and the CEL came right on throwing code 21...put the pr4 back in and nothin...and i know the fuel filter is old...WAY old...so im gonna replace that first...then the sensor...then prolly try that

 

replaced fuel filter...nothin better...im strapped for cash right now...so i dunno what im gonna do

what do u mean it dies??as in if u dont hold the gas it dies??also do u know for sure its the battery?i would think it could be an improperly adjusted throttle cable.....or possibly vacuum...be a little more specific
