Just ignorant I guess but after leaving the line, how do you shift gears with a slipper clutch using an OEM transmission?

it would not be used with an "oem trans". the slipper clutch would work better when used with a straight cut/dog enguagement trans or a sequential trans.(something to the effect of Liberty gears, Gforce, Par, Quaife, Saenz) this way you wouldnt loose your rpm/lock up on shifts.

exactly.

I would not be surprised if it is a RAM clutch in different colors. CM does not make their Twin Disks, they purchase them from someone else also. (QuarterMaster)

OK, exactly how do you adjust the slippage of the clutch if you are using an OEM style tranny case or can you only use aftermarket?
ALSO, since slippers are outlawed for Ecotec, would not they also be illegal for Honda?

Yes you do to adjust the slippage but if you dont want to make a hole in your case you just have to keep pulling off the tranny for adjustments. There are custom ones out there for honda's. Like the one in my brother's garage lol I'll try to get pix.

why do they ban parts that make cars go faster? i dont understand sometimes. I mean all the big boys have all the money in the world, why not legalize some things so more crowds start showing up to see faster imports.
