EG6 JDM interior...HELP!
alright so here's the deal. i have a lovely eg6...virgin to the very last drop...even the gas cap is original ....well i have jdm interior for it you know the deal...the backseats need to be bracketed in...so do you guys think it would be easier to weld it rather then bolt it in???
i'm only asking because my brother had the seats in his eg and he bolted his in, but the guy that did it drilled to deep and punctured the gas tank somehow..?...so let me know what i should do....
thanks

If you weld the seats in, removing them would be an ENORMOUS pain in the ***. Your brother's friend is just an idiot. If the bracketry for the JDM seats is different than for the US seats, just figure out a way to modify that so the JDM seats can be bolted to the stock location (as in, move the little thingy that the 10mm bolt goes through). Then no welding or drilling is involved.
