Default Question about 96 to a 99 conversion

Hi, I have a 96 civc hb dx.Im planning to convert my front end to a 99 civic. Im getting right and left fenders, & a front bumper all off a 99 civic ex, and i was wondering if my hood off my 96 civic will still fit nice with the front end being a 99. The only reason i want the hood because its a new cf hood. TX

i no ,the only reason i was think of doin a conversion is that my driverside fender is really messed up and i was gonna get the 99 front for free. so i guess ima just get a fender and keep my cf hood. thanks all for the info

none of the stuff from the 96-98 will line up without cutting and fabbing, but if u take the whole front end off and use the the whole 99-00 fron it will bolt up to the 96-98 radiator support with very little modification... here is my write up on this, http://www.mestiso.net/forums/...ic=60

Default Your 96 conversion!!

Man, the write up you did on your site helped me out a s**tload!! I got front end damage on my 97 and I want the sniper kit, but they only make it for 99-00. I was getting mixed stories on whether I could convert or not. Thanks, bro!!
