Well I bought one off a guy from here and trying to intalls but it dont go all the way in....anybody know any tricks of putting the key cylinder in the ignition???please help and thanks in advance

 

theres all kinds of BS to do it. its a pain in the ***, but itll go in eventually

im pretty sure you need the key in the cylinder when you put it in, the entire assembly is keyed to thee casing too, it wil only go in one way. and you might have to fidgit with the key position (ON, ACC, ect) to get it to go in.

hook you go to push up????never knew there was a hook to push up besides the lil pison to click it in place so cylinder lock in....where is it located
