Spoon Short Shifter for Ep3
Does the Spoon Sports sort shifter kit for the ep3 replace the shifter to the center console or does it retain the original position coming out of the dash?

You mean Buddy Club short shifter, right? Spoon doesn't make one. And it keeps the shifter position in the dash.

I just recently bought a 2002 civic si hatch, i was looking for a short throw shifter and was wondering what would be the best one, price is really no problem, i am willing to spend the money to get a high end product. Thanks! I also was wondering exactly what ep3 stood for?

I've only heard of two -- the Neuspeed adapter and the Buddy Club complete replacement.
If you want better results, do the Buddy Club. The install isn't much more difficult at all, I'm told.

EP3 is the chassis code for the 02-05 Civic Si, and it applies to the overseas Civic Type-R as well -- basically the Civic hatchbacks with the K-series engines.
Check out strepto's thread about the EP1, which is the hatchback with a D-series motor. There's also an EP2, mostly in Europe, which has four doors (basically a 5-door version of our 3-door hatch).

Thanks so much man, last guy that wrote back to me was no help, just smart comments, please let me know if you have any suggestions that you might have for my car, to boost performance and stuff of that nature. Thanks again
I have the Neuspeed short shift adapter and i was pleased with the outcome. It was really easy to install IMO, it took me about 30 min even when i had to shove my hand down in the console for dropping some vital parts. I think it's great for the inexpensive price.
Has anyone used the buddyclub short throw shifter? Is it worth the price? (149$) I also have a bunch of other question for anyone that would be willing to help me out. I am looking for some rims+tires for my car. Its silver, so i was looking at some high-gloss black rims with a silver lip. R1 gtr-10's, Riax Seca, ADR sokudo, does anybody have any suggestiongs? And as far as tires go i was looking at toyo proxies, pirelli pzeros, bfgoodrich g-force, Kumho ecsta supra... any suggestions. Thanks for all your help again every1, much appreciated

Whoa, slow down...
Asking a bunch of questions at once over wildly different topics in the same thread is more than a little silly, honestly.
One of the things about a forum is that previous questions and opinions are on record for future visitors to read.
Some of the people posting in this thread have the Buddy Club short shifter; no reason to ask, "Anybody got one?"
The V2 has been discussed.
Tire reviews and suggestions are everywhere, not just on H-T.
Wheels are simple: do you like how they look? Are they light? Are they strong enough? Have you used Photoshop or Paint or something to see how they look on your car?
When somebody asks these old questions, and especially in rapid-fire style, it looks like they're not using the resources that the other board members have already provided. That could mean a couple different things, but I'll be nice and let you figure it out from here.
