Default Removing quick release setup on car: Helpy

Alright,
I got a MOMO hub/ Peak performance quick release and a MOMO corse steering wheel on my EK.

Im trading my EK for another car w/ a Stock steering wheel set up.. How do i remove his Stock steering wheel setup and Put mine on?..

WHen i got my EK this Setup was already on.. Please help No Instructions.. Unless someone can give me a COpy?

Theres a screw on the side that will take out the airbag then you use a socket wrench to take out the wheel
