I drove the car home from work like 30 mins ago.

(Chipped p28 BTW)
I came in here and messed with the timing on my map some and went out to go around the block and check something. I put the chip in but to my fault the back of the chip was kinda proped up. I turn the key and see the cel so i turn the car off. I realized the chip is like half way out so I take him out and put him back in correctly. Still get a solid CEL. I have spark and fuel pressure and have to have compression since it ran like 30 mins ago.

I hooked the stock p2p ecu up and just turned the key to see if i would still get a cell. The light goes off with that ecu.

So im very confused on wtf is going on with it. I dont see how the ecu could be bad, especially since it is giving spark.

Anyone have any ideas?

 

BTW when I put the p2p ecu back in, I tried to see if I could get it to start on that ecu and did the same thing. There has to be something I am overlooking.

Well For some reason the motor got flooded. I dont know how. For some reason the car would not run with map I have been running for months now. I burned a new map and it runs just like it did. So wierd.
