big brakes with 16" wheels?

big brakes with 16" wheels?
is there any way to use any type of big brake system with just 16" wheels? i believe in function over form, so it doesnt actually have to be a huge brake setup just somthing that will be effective.

you can definitely run a larger brake system with 16s, I havent done much hw on this subject matter myself, but I do remember Ekizzle(neema) running 12" brakes on his old setup
