odb0 pr4 turboedit chip

does anyone know someone respectable i could have burn or chip my ecu with a odb0 compatalbe program? i will be running ls 8-10 psi, sabb t3, fmic, 2.5 dp, dsm 450cc injectors thanks in advace

I have my personal OBD0 PR4 chip that I ran on my own LS with DSM 450s that should work pretty well
