No, dude. It's bs. I believe that as long as the car still passes smog and stays under the decibel limit, you can put whatever exhaust you want on it.

i live in jacksonville fl and i havent had any probs. i think fl is one of the more flexable states when it comes to mods.

 

oh ya we dont have smog test either so unless it is obnoxious you wont have a prob

 

I am asking this question because I just got stop by a police here in Tampa, FL and gave me a ticket because I had a modified exost, he did not even gave me a warning.
