Default serious efi advice needed*****HELP****

ok here is my problem me and jason hunt cant figure out with my car. the car 1996 acura integra 1000cc injector, resister box, neptune, p28 with jumper harness. heres the problem the car is not getting an injector pulse. tried new engine harness, dizzy, resister box, injectors, computer, jumper harness. willnt get a injector pulse with any of that. So we put a 0bd2 ecu back in the car and it fires up and runs fine. im ******* stomped on what could keep the car from running on the obd1 ecu. anyone have any idea?

thanks for any help i can get.

I assume you've put noid lights on the injector plugs? If so, it may be something as simple as a romulator issue, I assume you/Jason have tried to burn a chip with the program?

You've tried two seperate OBD I ECU's? But it only works with a OBD II one. Correct?

You arent getting any pulse on any of the 4 cylinders? Any codes on the OBD1 ECU?

Have you verified the P28s you tried work in another car?

He has actually disconnected the resistor box and put stock injectors in too and a stock ecu and still nothing!
