Honda MTF all the way...
You can also use motor oil 10w30 or 10w40 but if you can get your hands on Honda MTF, it would be your best bet...
If you have grinding tranny, GM Syncromesh friction modified might help...
It's all about personal choice...
MY tranny is all good and has no grinds and I use Honda MTF... on my last car, I wasn't able to buy Honda MTF so I was using semi-synth motor oil 10w40 and had no problems over 50.000 miles (2 changes)
