Default new to forced induction, please shed some light on my Accord question

First off, yes I have been trying to research as much as I can from previous threads, in fact I have learned a good deal of info.

I will soon be acquiring a fresh 40k mile f22b motor to replace my original in my 5th gen Accord. I want to boost it, my goal is still to run on the street using pump gas an achieve a maximum of 350-400whp. I know this will take alot of building on the block. And I understand that the f22 is a strong motor to run boost on.

My two questions are?

1. What kind of mods to the engine will I need to account for to achieve my goal.

2. Since I do not know much about forced induction I want to keep away from piecing together a turbo kit. Does anyone have a good kit that will help me reach my goal, what size turbo would do this for me?

I have been looking here:http://www.turbo-kits.com/accord_turbo_kits.html

Thanks for all the help... I know.... just another noob...
