hey what's up all. i have a 91 accord lx 4dr auto and my axles are getting bad on this car, a/c is dead and honda quoted $340 per axle. and my engine has 115k on it. my engine also loves to eat oil. oh and my tranny loves to jerk too. so yeah i'm thinking of getting a H22A auto. i've seen prices around 1500-3000k. anyone know of any good shops around milwaukee, wi??? and is it worth it to have a H22A auto? how much will everything cost for me to get the engine and to have it installed? and would installing it myself be easy? my car experience only goes up to changine brakes, oil, and other easy maintenance, so u be the judge. any help would be appreciated. thanks!!!!

 

and so am i, but if you have a friend who has done some clean transplants, why not pay him to assist you and give you some pointers.

yes. h22's go for about 1500-3k. i've read a forum from h-t somewhere b4, that an h22 in an accord can be done, but with a few hassles. i'll try and look this up whenever i have a chance. but that's MO.
