Hope someone can give me a heads up asap, so that I could take care of this... its starting to feel like I was taken advantage of...

I bought an ice>Link: Plus kit from Dension USA (one of those setups that lets you dock and hardwire your iPod into your factory radio... and halfway through the install, it seemed as though the "Radio specific cable" that came with the kit was not going to fit anywhere into the headunit. It's supposed to plug into the CD changer slot, but the guys who were doing the install (if you can't tell, i'm not good with this stuff).. said that the cable they provided me was for a newer Acura/Honda (it's cube-shaped), and that my year Integra needs a round plug input.

Is there anything i can do to use this kit if I have the round inputs. Dension claims that they don't make the other input anymore, and discontinued it. Any input would be really appreciated.

Is there anyway that I can still use the Dension cradle. I really like the way the cradle looks with the proclip mounted to the ac vent. I don't know of any other really sleek way to mount an iPod up in clear view for video viewing on a video ipod.

What else can I do to keep that setup? I am beginning to wonder why Dension is now saying that they no longer make the circular plug inputs .. and only produce the one with this blue cube-like tip?? It doesn't make sense to me.

 

If the market is not there, they will stop making them.
I guess it could be modified so you could use one of the other adpt. 94
