2006 NDRA Pro Outlaw RWD Class Possible Rule changes.
Allowing the Outlaw 10.5, Super Street Outlaw, Super Street, and Street Outlaw cars for competition.
All of the V8 powered domestic cars will run on a 33x10.5 tire, and will run on gas, not meth. or alcohol.
Cars will weigh between 2800lb (small block centrifugal supercharged) and 3100(small block w/twin turbo). There are a ton of breakdowns for differant configurations in here, this is just a quick look at this.
Turbo size min. will be upped for the 4 cyl to 81mm, and twin 62mm for 6cyl with the 33x10.5 tire.
Let me know what you guys think about this.

That is a W tire correct?
Also, what gas are you going to allow? Some of those guys can make more power on gasoline than they can on alky, so are they limited to the fuels that you allow now?

W is the tire.
Gas we will look at what they currently run, and may institute a spec fuel for those cars. We will wait and see.

I'm sure they'll have no problems racing us... This class is going to have so much excitement it's exactly what we needed...
I'll have an rx7 ready for this class and one for the street tire class as well...

I agree! The mustang crowd is die hard, and a little rivalry is always good. It will be nice to see new competitors in the lanes, and hopefully new fans in the seats!
I think it will be great iv already seen one race like that at import vs. domestic Lucas oil solar and turbo charged mustang called hurrican and it was a big crowd pleaser cant wait to see some more of those
HEy i was wondering Glenn if u were still thinking about lettting in the Drag radial Mustangs into Pro Street tire , because that would deff bring alot off guys out too run . My brother inlaw that was down at the imports vs domestics at Mir His car is turbo and has alot of other guys that he runs with that either have a blower or turbo . That run in NMRA , Fun Ford , and MSRA , If so Would they only be allowed to run BFG's or could they run Mickey's
We currently only have one car left in Pro Street Tire class for the 2006 season, so there will probably not be a Pro Street Tire class in 2006, unless we have more Sport Compact cars pop up t orun that class.
Well that is understanble about not having anyone show up for pro street tire . I know of 6 drag radial cars in MD that would come that fit into the class . One guy with a Chevelle is build a 4th gen camaro because he heard about the rumor of nopi letting in domestics into drag radial . I know all six racers on is my brother inlaw .ALso i know one mustand that is coming out for the Pro outlaw rwd class .
