Brake Lights

I am pretty sure my Brake Light Switch is bad, my tail lights come on but brake lights do not. Has anyone here ever removed one nad what tool can get up in there to remove it. I have nothing in my garage that will work.

It's just the bulbs.. replace them and it should solve the problem.....
