Does anyone know if Magnaflow mufflers are any good for turbo engines? Does anyone have one on their turbo ludes? I want something that's NOT too loud like the N1. I have that right now and im getting annoyed by it. If i put the silencer in, i lose horse power. Therefore i need something that's a lot more quiet and still performs well under boost. If there are any other mufflers out there as well please let me know. I heard that the Greddy SP and Evo are pretty quiet as well....Any opinions will be great.

 

look into vibrant flat black mufflers....they supposedly sound really good in 3"

I have a magnaFlow muffler on my perlude, I don't have a turbo but the sound is really good. Its not too loud yet it sounds great. I bought it for 280 bucks and I don't regret buying it

 

Did you buy the entire cat-back? Or just the muffler...$280 sounds too much for a muffler. When i stand next to my cousins STi when he slowly takes off, DAMN...the sound that his stock muffler produces is like a JL subwoofer combined with a 1000watt amp. It sounds deep as hell. That's the sound I'm looking for. Not too loud, yet makes your ear waxes tremble..hehehe..
