im not looking to spend too much money. i was gona go for eibach prokit/ tokico blue setup but i heard that the type r suspension is pretty good.

If you plan on using ITR shocks on a GSR, the fronts will fit fine, but the rears will not. You will need to pick up a set of ITR rear lower control arms as well to make it all work.
