The ONLY way to go....after I did the hid's on my Accord I would never go back to the Silverstars that came out of it. Well worth the extra money.

I hope you're talking about an HID Retrofit and not "plug and play" HID bulbs/ballasts into your reflector headlights...

Yes I am....but I did not know about retro fits until after I bought my hid's , but they are in projectors and the cutoff is really good for not being a retrofit.
They are pretty close to factory equipped cars with hid's but the ones that are not in projectors (G35), looks almost identical (cutoff) to my friends G35 to give you an idea what they look like.

There reflectors are made for HID still no excuse for you to be doing it without the proper use.

anyone have any pics of the luminics?

honestly i'll tell u right now,
i've had the silvania, they are alot brighter than stock, but thats it, they don't look "white",
people will still see your headlights as any other stock headlight on the road unless you mention you have better bulbs.
You will get better visibility though! which is good.

I've had some other brand of hyperwhite bulbin the past, those are too damn blue, it does look kinda ricey, like wannabe HID.

But somewhere imbetween that and silverstars would be PERFECT imo,
just really bright, really white, maybe a very very slight hint of blue in it.

Don't be an ***....like I said I DID NOT know about a retrofit when I bought my hid's, I would have done one if I knew about them but did not, I know that they are better but not enough to justify the cost of one compared to what I already have.

Hey CD_5......go with a retro if you can afford it.

Here is a pic of what my hid's look like....not the best cutoff but wayyy better than just doing a kit in stock housings.
