need help on how to verify if japanese plates are real deal

i bought some japanese license plates from kobe japan, i know that the real ones are white and green but is their something else that show their the real deal.

why the expletive would you buy liscense plates from japan? are you going to put them on your car to make people thing that maybe you just brought it over from japan or something? do you know that misrepresenting your car's legal registration is a felony?
