Default HELP HELP!!! URGENT PLEASE oil pan removal from an RSX-S

omg i just did something really really stupid..
i need to remove the oil pan from a 2003 RSX type-s.. so i got everything loose, but i cant figure out how to get the oil pan out of there...

the cross member is in the way, there are 2 17 bolts on that side...but 1 of them is attanched to the spindle...im worried that if i remove that it will move the whole spindle assy etc...

anyway someone please oh please help me.!!! i cant figure it out...the last thing i would want is to pull the engine to get an oil pan out

thanks

you gonna have to drop the cross member, move it aside. then go at the spindle/shaft.

good job...you're 90% done...

now you need a mallot. you need to hammer that pan from side-to-side... work it baby...

it will come out..the reason why its stuck is because its glued down by the gasket.... not just blocked by cross memeber...

even if you fully remove cross memeber, the oil pan wont simply drop down that easily

a mallot will loosen it.... lightly hammer it like i said....

watch out so that you do not hit other critical parts!
