Default Help with D16Z6 Swap

First off let me say I'm a Honda Noob and I have been searching for days (search isnt working today for some reason) to no avail.

My question is, I'm swapping a D16Z6 into my 92 VX using the VX engine harness and the damn injector harness wont plug into the Z6 injectors. Can I swap in my VX injectors or do I have to get new pigtails to use the Z6 injectors?

Typically the injector plugs should match the motor/ECU. Do you have the P28 ECU and the engine harness to go with the motor?. The VX injectors may be designed for fuel economy not power as the Z6 injectors. I suspect it comes down to how much fuel can be delivered per pulse duration and is it enough. I also am new but most times i had to change plugs it was for injector matching to the motor type.

Does anyone know what the flow rates for the Z1 and Z6 injectors are?

If you have no clue, don't post. Please. Its retarded for you and throws the guy who needs real help off track.

1). The Injectors are specific to OBD. NOT to an ECU.
2). What does pulse width have to do with this?
3). Changed plugs to match motor type? I think I got dumber reading that...

The VX and the Z6 SHOULD match perfectly. If they don't, then somone changed the injectors in your Z6 or your VX. I know for sure that the Z6 uses 240cc injectors, same as B series. Your injectors SHOULD be OBD1 on that Z6, my guess is someone put OBD-2's in there and had that motor in a newer chassis. Take a picture and post it and I can let you know. I am not entirely sure if the VX uses 240cc injectors, but I do not believe it does.
