Drill Press coolant setup?

I have an idea in my head. Here is what you need.
A rocket box from the Military surplus store.
Cut the top off, Build a shelf to put the press on inside the box.
Under the shelf you have the pump. Drill a few holes to allow the coolant to drain down to it.
Run a hose from the pump to a nozzle near the bit
