After i changed the timing belt on my integra. 95 SE. about 65K miles on it.
When i first start the car, it rattles and the RPM drops so low that it feels that car is about to die. The engine makes kinda lika scraching noises, while the car rattles.

I thought maybe it was the exhaust piping which may be blocking the air from exiting, so i went to exhaust and put my hand behind the exhaust the air was comming, and i discovered that the car is smeeling like gas.

can any please tell me what is going on with this ???

I did.

 

did you keep every thing TDC top dead center?

 

yes

 

check your plugs

cars run rich when warming up
and straight from the factory
