Default Clicking Noise when I try to start my car

This morning I went out to my hatch and when I tried to start it, I got a clicking sound instead. I tried again, and got the same thing. Then I waited a few, tried again, and it started right up.. The rest of the day it has been fine. Then it just happened again a few minutes ago. Anyone know what's going on?

Yeah first thing is first... make sure the terms are clean.

Battery has good charge.

If it is still doing it chances are it is just the bushings inside. Most can be replaced without replacing the starter and they only run about 25 bucks

Either a bad connection or a dead battery.

Yager-

If it was the battery it would atleast crank... so that aint the problem.

My vote goes to either bad terminals or your ignition switch is starting to go (just like mine is).

I cleaned the negative battery terminal off (tons of grease all around it) and haven't had the problem since, if it happens again I'll update..
