there are many problems on forums that get solved but people dont bother to come back and explain it

so here i am

my cooling fans didnt work, car overheated on the highway as well

installed a new radiator, still overheated.....

installed new thermostat

now fans work??? guess the sensor is behind teh t-stat that turns on the fans?, car runs perfect

I had a simular issue and just like you after I changed out the thermostat, fans came on just fine,too.
