Falken RT-615 Tire Spec List
Does anyone have or know where I can find the full tire specifications for the RT-615 tire? Falken doesn't seem to have it on their site. I've searched around and found nothing. I have seen it before but I'm not able to find it now. I'm looking for overall tire diameter, etc. for the 205/40R16 tire. Thanks.
Use a tire calculator like this one.
Some spec sheets are notoriously inaccurate, and others simply calculate the diameter from the tire size the same way the tire calculators do.

Thats not going to help. I know what the tire diameter for that size tire is. I would like the tire manufacturers size because some tires are larger/smaller then the default calculated size. I believe these are from what I remember when I saw the original sizes for these.
Does anyone have access to this Spec sheet?

But many manufacturers simply use the dimensions that the tire calculator gives you, rather than calculating it for their specific tire. For example, the specs for the RT-215 (old Azenis) on Falken's website show the outer diameter of the 205/50-15 as 23.1 inches, which is exactly what the tire calculator will give you, whereas this particular tire is notorious for being larger than other tires with the same nominal size. So they aren't giving you the measurements of their actual tire, only what a tire calculator says.

It's on Falken's website here (scroll down to the bottom of the page). However, it shows the outer diameter as 23.2 inches, which is more than the spec sheet for the RT-215 in the same size (noted above), whereas the RT-615 is reportedly not as oversized as the RT-215. This is a perfect example of manufacturer spec sheets being "notoriously inaccurate", as I previously mentioned.

Yes, the 215 series are oversized compared to most other tires. I had the 215/45R16 size and love them. I was trying to find out if the 615 series was the same way. I wanted to try the 615 model. I'm running Hankook Z212 (205/45R16) now and like them but I soon need new tires (in the spring). I dont' like the 205/40 size because I dont' want the smaller diameter tire. Thanks for you help with the 2 sites.
22.5 overall tire diameter. scroll down... bottom of the page.
