Recently I brushed up against a concrete pillar in a parking garage and right now, I am only concerned about fixing the paint on the area of the front, passenger side bumper. Wouild I need to sand down the area, apply primer, etc? I already located the right paint code. Thanks

 

You'll be disappointed on anything less that completely stripping and refinishing it.
