This came with the 3 bar map sensor I bought. A garage I went to ended up using their "own" when they did my install, because time is money, and I guess they didn't think it was worth their time to crimp a few wires. Of course, they charged me, which makes absolutely no sense.

Anyway, here is a picture of what it looks like (outlined in red). Everything is included:
