A Ninja500 constitutes as a real bike.

****, my Klein mountain bike is a "bike." I think a ninja 500 is just as much of a bike as any other. But congradulations on getting something bigger. Enjoy, and be safe!

Is the first rule of 7r club "do not talk..."—wait, that is too played out for me to continue.

Anyways, congrats on the ninja

You make it seem like being stable is almost bad.

No No...I said it is stable, thats one thing they are...

However I had handfuls of problems with my ZX-7 and i regretted buying it the day after i bought it...oh well...just give me a bad impression of kawi's from there on...however one thing that was really nice about the bike was the stablity...i can't say much for anything else.

There's always different experiences but I bought oene used that had bout 25K on it and I drove the hell outta that thing for at least another 50K miles before the water pump took a crap.

The 7R's have a reputation for great handling. A lot of that comes from their inherent stability.
