Default h22 EJ autocross!

Hey guys, I've got an H22 powered EJ hatch and i want to start autocrossing in it. Is it true that H22 civics get a lot of understeer? If so, I understand that if i get a beefy rear sway bar, this creates a lot of oversteer. So theoretically speaking, will this sort of balance it out a bit?

my mods are as follows:
Motor:
-H22A1 Motor/H23A Tranny
-CM Stg3 Clutch
-Tuned Hondata S200
-CAI
-Stock header
-Stock exhaust
Front susp:
-Tokico Blue shocks
-Dropzone Coilovers
-Upper tie bar
-Lower tie bar
Rear susp:
-Stock shocks
-Stock springs
-Upper Tie bar
-Lower Tie bar
-21mm blox sway bar w/endlinks
-ASR subframe
-SSR Lower Control Arms
-Energy Suspension Trailling arm bushings

I have the rear coilovers but they aren't installed. i heard that if I put the rear coils on the front sleeves, then i can achieve even more oversteer?
Anyone have any input on this? Any more sharing of knowledge of suspension know-how would help.
thanks.
