I have another problem w/ my car... The engine is ticking and the rpm is between 0 and 1 and it jumps up and down. it doesnt go past 1,000 rpm tho. The main problem is that the car acts like it wants to shut off. When its night time, the headlights dim while it acts like it wants to turn off.. it happens every 3 seconds so its anoying. It never turns off but it just makes a noise and jerks a lil trying 2 turn off.. Does anybody know if it could be the timing belt? Im thinking the timing might be off... I just changed my battery because it died, but who knows if the alternator could have anything to do w/ this engine problem.. Thanks for your time.. Hopefully somebody can tell me what they think is wrong...
